Welcome to BEAT THE KNOT™. By purchasing our voucher packs or using our services, you agree to these clear, no-faff terms.

1. Our Services
We provide on-site chair massage and structural tension relief for small and medium businesses in London. We do not provide medical, chiropractic, or physiotherapeutic treatments. Our goal is strictly muscle relaxation and stress relief.

2. Voucher Packs & Payments

• All voucher packs must be paid in full via our website (using Gift Up! / Stripe) before any office visit is booked.
• Vouchers are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another date or another company if needed.
• All voucher packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Running a small team means our time is strictly managed. If you need to reschedule a booked office session, you must give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the hours booked for that day from your voucher pack.

4. Liability
Every client must complete a brief health check questionnaire before their first session. BEAT THE KNOT™ and its therapists accept no liability for undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions.
